• Responsible for opening the Domestika Studios in NYC. • Ensure the achievement of the Production objectives set for each Studio. • Traffic & Agenda in coordination with Programming, Production Operations & Production Managers. • Follow-up quarterly and annual objectives: (Shooting & Deliveries) • Ensure transversal traffic control of course production in all the stages, taking care of workflows, processes, and dynamics between areas: From Preproduction to Shootings and Postproduction. • Shooting plans: Ensure the correct filming planning on time, crew organization for every shooting, and the logistics to carry out. • Creating new production workflows to optimize processes • Cross-functional communication and collaboration with other departments: Creative Services, HR, Legal, and Finance. • Monitoring and controlling budgets based on the needs of the content of our courses. • Supplier management: Technical equipment, freelancers, and supplier contacts. • Constant and accurate communication with finance and logistics departments.
