For the Art Dept - Picked up and dropped off RV pieces at specialists' shops, made deliveries, ran errands, updated spreadsheets, assisted with filing, assisted with scheduling. For the Production Dept - ran errands, crafty up-keep, various cleaning, supervised extras.

Made copies, sorted paperwork, assembled start work packets, cleaned out old files, organized set box paperwork, compiled spreadsheets.

Stood lock up, ran errands, transported crew.

Ran 1st team, assisted with base camp, ran base camp (part time), on-set lock up, assisted with background.

Pre-Production: Office PA – Updated crew and vendor lists, ran copies, made calls, typed travel memos. // Principle Photography: Production Assistant – Base camp PA, copied call sheets, copied and distributed PRs and time cards at the end of the week, on-set lock-up, ran 1st team, assisted with background.

Organized and distributed contestants’ gear for each stunt, ran errands for the production office, transported executives, stood on lockup, assisted Stage Managers, cleaned base camp, assisted in office

Personal assistant to cast in over-sized costume: monitoring cast member’s vitals, keeping cast member hydrated, dressing cast member, monitoring length of time cast were in costume. Also, caring for and mending costuming and generally assisting costume department.

Crew transport, room set up, assisted one of the camera teams by helping with equipment, fetching anything needed, standing lock up.
