•Assist in assembling and breaking down sets. •Escort talent from hotel to location. •Provide talent with food, drink, and other necessities/desirables. •Cue hair and makeup for talent. •Communicate with pilot and transport talent to the airport.

•Greet contestants at open casting call and provide itinerary. •Distribute applications and release forms to contestants. •Call contestants out of holding area and prepare them for interviews.

•Examine court documents and scan those that are important to the case. •Transfer audio from police interviews to individually labeled CD-ROMs. •Locate and record any previous televised information concerning the case for informational purpose. •Pack and ship equipment to the main production office.

•Transport camera equipment to locations. •Assist in assembling and breaking down sets. •Lockdown all entries and exits during filming.

•Transport contestants from hotel to venue. •Supervise meals and crafty for contestants. •Call contestants out of holding and escort them to interviews and/or the stage.

•Facilitate communication between contestant handling and back stage. •Administer wireless microphones to contestants and record frequencies. •Communicate microphone frequencies from one department to another. •Review run down of the show and assist in maintaining steady operation.
