Welcomed people arriving for auditions, provided them with a name badge and took a reference photo of them for future use. Helped with marking questionnaires and tidying the main audition room.

Helping sort out contestants and audience, and escorting families and contestants to and from the main stage.

I supervised the judges and the presenter by arranging refreshments and making sure all of their needs were met, both on and off set. I also helped with tidying and putting up filming notices.

Escorted contestants around the building (kept in contact with the other runners and producers via comms and phone, so that contestants were kept apart). Helped build name badges and sorted out contestants clothing for studio.

Contestant runner on Benchmark, I supervised all of the contestants and celebrity contestants throughout the running of the show. I escorted them around the building to make-up and wardrobe, carried out lunch/dinner runs and restocked the refreshments.
