I did all of the pre-production and production organizing for a 6-episode web series. I ran the auditions, scheduled talent, hired the crew, created the shot list and shooting schedule, and pretty much everything else besides directing and operating the camera.

Manage all projects currently in production and lead team of animators, editors and graphic designers to produce quality videos on time and within budget. Oversee all stages, from pre-production, through production, and post-production, and ensure quality control. Work in client-facing position, interacting daily to manage expectations and communicate expectations to production team. Focus on post-production, but also organize shoots, write scripts, creative concepting, etc. Create and maintain budgets and production timelines.

Log and edit videos, work on everything from Wedding videos to webseries and music videos.
