Project based. Assisted in the pre-production for a reshoot for the movie Heat starring Jason Statham. Duties included researching crew members to hire locally in Las Vegas, redrafting production design measurements, and streamlining email correspondence. Set up appointments and meetings for Brian.

Wrote coverage for numerous scripts, specs, books, and reels. Trained new interns. Covered the Vice President’s desk and phones when she was out of the office. Worked with Studio System for phone calls and put together Expense and Reimbursement Reports.

Oversaw production of Siber. Sought out and hired pre-post-production crews. Raised $7k production budget and $2.5k post-production budget via crowd funding. Drafted shooting schedule in Movie Magic. Liaised with vendors and suppliers to organize cost-effective rentals. Scouted/managed locations. Oversaw transportation and accommodations for cast & crew. Planned the LA Premiere.

Wrote coverage for numerous scripts. Successfully sought out and identified intellectual properties for potential development. Covered the assistant’s desk and phones. Inputted call statuses onto their electronic phone-sheet application called Bento.

Worked with the Tokyo-based company (Switch) that produced award-winning films Jitensha and Persimmon. Transliterated 90 page script from English into Romaji. On set responsibilities: tracking lines and continuity, drafting costume/prop lists for the actors, keeping track of continuity in Production Design, taking continuity pictures, and recording notes for the Director.

Managed high volume phones. Organized and managed academic files for 400+ students. Drafted and tracked expenditures of 100+ films and all CNMA faculty. Data entry on Excel and Adobe Reader.
