Festival Coordinator Responsible for finding venues in South America and possible sponsors to expand our festival; in charge of the festival’s program, and event coordination; oversee the recruiting of candidates, effectively assembling a team of volunteers, and responsible of delegating their daily assignments.

Duties included to hire entire crew, organize and schedule all pre-production meetings with director and head of departments; budget the entire shoot; schedule transportation for cast and talent, coordinate the shooting schedule; oversee all contracts and releases for actors, crew, equipment rentals and vehicle rental. - Handle general office duties including mail, delegate phone calls and meal arrangements. - In charge of managing schedule, itinerary, meeting coordination, processing expense reports, and ensuring timely and effective communications. - Responsible for the film’s outreach campaign and its fundraising tour. I promoted the presentations and negotiated the contracts.
