Coordinator for the Culinary Team of Gordon Ramsay's "The F Word". The Culinary team had recently flipped to union and I was brought in to help navigate their needs. * Handled communication with Local 44 for union questions and reaching out to callboard for dayplayers as needed. * Tracked all hours for culinary team and ensured their timecards and payroll conformed with union needs for the show. * Tracked vendors for culinary team and organized purchase orders for accounting. * Built tracking system for the tradeout items we received for the show, tracking hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of tradeout equipment from Breville, OXO, and other brands featured on our show. At wrap, I helped organize the storage units for the equipment for the company's future use. * I was also assigned to help book waitstaff for the show's in-house kitchen set. Maintained database of available and experienced waitstaff, including some casting for producers. Ensured we had a full waitstaff for every episode and replaced staff as availability changed.

Handled travel for crew. Set up gear rentals and accounting duties for crew shooting in St Louis.

Booked a shoot in Long Island, NY. Handled all production duties including: hiring local crew; booking all gear, hotels, and flights; tracking budget; payroll and petty cash management for crew.

Field PA. Setting up and breaking down multiple locations per day, runs for talent and gear, helped coordinators organize meals for 35-45 crew/cast.

PM for Nellyville Reunion shoot. Booked crews, booked travel for cast, handled gear rentals, PC, crew paperwork.

All paperwork distribution and management (call sheets, start packets, location and appearance releases, etc). Purchasing crafty, meals, expendables and props for two-day shoot with a $400 float. Location support with set-up and wrap, including AC and media management support. Returned gear and ensured everything was submitted to company.
