In order: find locations that best fit the script/producer/directors ideal, scout, pitch producers/director on option available for out budget/dates, set additional scouts, lock in rate /contract, permit, survey, set tech scouts, secure parking, check requests, pay loc fee/parking, make maps (that no one reads:) Available on set for any mayhem, spot checks and to make sure full deposit is always returned at final walk through.

Finding and locking the oldest, scariest houses I could afford.

Researched dozens of southern cities to find a host city that fit both the creative and productions needs to support a full season. I made recommendations to EPs and from there liased with local officials to get permission or permits for filming. Lastly I was responsible for finding the primary shoot location for the cast with very specific network requirements.

Found, booked and permitted dance studios, salons, camps, mansions, recording studios, restaurants, and... feels like more but you get the idea. Locked in crew/ truck parking, found additional prod spaces as needed and created daily shoot maps and parking schemes.

Researched and contacted municipalities in southern cities to host season 3 and Party down South Too

My main task is always to make my director's location dreams come true. This season it was rain forest, carnival, Lake Havasu, race track, 8 strip clubs, 19 bars and 67 tattoo shops... on our small budget.

Hunting a huge ensemble cast house for 24 hr filming in beach community

I get cities like LA, Phoenix, Ventura to allow us to prank the public on city property. Sounds hard, it is. I contact the film offices, determine legal limits and then report back to creative team so they can make informed decisions about locations and then I pull the permits.

I was the on-location scout arriving ahead of production. I was responsible for clearing 100s of local business' including high volume restaurants and tourist attractions. All the locations were signed with zero location fees.

- In addition to season 1, I also set up weekly tech scouts - Organized 100s of cleared locations into a streamlined spreadsheet and easy-to-use google map - Cleared specialty locations such as a carnival, bus station, train, stadium, baseball field and prison.
