• Supervises the creation of digital content from concept through to delivery for the station web-series, KJLH’s Spotlight: LA • Organizes personnel, creates new positions to serve evolving needs, and delegates tasks • Oversees brand development to ensure consistency and marketability • Manages all social media platforms and analytics for the show

• Assists in and anticipates all production needs for both talent and staff according to changing itineraries and/or venues • Supervises Production Assistants and delegates work for them • Responsible for packing, delivering, and receiving materials • Answers office phones and conducts business calls as necessary

• Creates schedule of shifts for 600+ volunteers over a 9-day period for the Los Angeles Film Festival • Responsible for hiring 100+ interns for the Festival • Volunteer/Intern outreach – online postings, job fairs, college internship fairs, etc. • Schedules and organizes various volunteer benefits including raffles, screenings, and restaurant outings.
