Check in all participants. Responsible for organizing all paper work and to make sure all participants fill out paper work. Maintain a steady flow of participants entering and exiting. Review all paper work in order to make sure legal agreements have been reviewed by parents.

• Work closely with Project Management to ensure all projects are equipped with all necessary equipment, rooms, and staffing • Manage all availabilities for rooms and schedulings • Create Work Orders through ScheduleAll to execute projects • Coordinate upcoming jobs from booking to billing • Manage all scheduling software

Responsible for driving company van with equipment to and from locations. Picked up executive producers to and from locations during call times. Chosen to be casting assistant during day 2 & 3 for short stories.

-Assisted casting producers in screening and choosing talent for upcoming season of The Voice - Help producers with their day-to-day needs - Receive people auditioning - Make sure they enter and exit the room in a timely and organized fashion.

-Assist editors in projects including ingesting sources, synching media, and outputting them. -Expedite work-orders between departments -Maintain the video library while locating and distributing video sources and tape stock

-Present during live-broadcasting of NFL Sunday games to assure that all tasks are done on time and run smoothly. -Collaborate with the camera and sound team to ensure a proper and streamlined production.

-Setup the field days prior to kick off in order to assure smooth broadcasting. -Coordinate with producers and film crew to make sure everyone is on the same agenda. -Coordinate and setup flight times and pick up to assure all producers and talent arrive to broadcast on time.

Held auditions to find the perfect talent to fit the topic of the episode
