Supported producers Diane Becker and Melanie Miller through a compressed international production schedule for their independent feature documentary (Sundance 2018). Responsible for managing international and domestic production travel logistics in India, Indonesia, Mexico, Hawaii, Arizona, and Michigan – organized visas, found local crew, gear rentals, carnets, and booked travel. Cleared several locations including Hilo, Hawaii in order to shoot at a live volcano flow. Assisted with the coordination of a seven-day Los Angeles shoot with four four-person camera teams. Coordinated entire Sundance Film Festival trip in 2018 – 10 screenings, two premiere events, and a panel – handling travel, managing scheduling, and serving as logistics liaison for the festival and press and sales teams. Supported lead producer in developing festival and sales strategy by negotiating requests from over 70 festivals and serving as the production team festival liaison by providing press materials, print traffic, and booking travel.

Served as a member of the production team from the first shoot at the UN General Assembly in September 2016 until 3am on January 20, 2017 at the UN in New York City when it all ended. Ran LA production office and assisted with travel, crew, and equipment logistics to 21 different countries. Helped usher the film through post production, a short festival run (including coordinating cast and crew trip to the world premiere in Toronto), awards applications, and final delivery to Magnolia and HBO. The Final Year made its world premiere at the 2017 Toronto Film Festival. Directed by Emmy-winning director Greg Barker and produced by Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning producer Julie Goldman and Oscar-winning producer John Battsek, it had a limited theatrical release through Magnolia in January 2018 before premiering domestically on HBO and internationally on Netflix in Spring 2018.

Assisted Producer from pre-production through beginning of Post Production.

Assisted co-producer from pre-production through final delivery to Netflix and coordinated interview shoots. Tasks included locking crew, booking travel, renting props/cameras/projection equipment, crafty and catering, creating and sending call sheets, managing paperwork, and on set follow through. Executive produced by Scott Rudin and Stephen Spielberg, Five Came Back premiered on Netflix in March 2017. It was nominated for eight awards including two Primetime Emmys, winning the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Narrator.

Ran production office and worked closely with the field producer to coordinate travel, source local crew, rent equipment, create call sheets, and assist location managers with locking locations in 12 states (District of Columbia, North Carolina, California, Hawaii, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Kansas City, Washington, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, and New York). Assisted the co-producer through editorial, first by coordinating cast and crew trip to Sundance Film Festival 2017 for its world premiere, and then assisting with final distribution delivery to Gravitas and CNN. Directed by Emmy-winning director Greg Barker and produced by Oscar-winning documentary producer John Battsek and CNN National Security Analyst and author Peter Bergen, Legion of Brothers premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival. It had a limited theatrical release with Gravitas before its broadcast premiere on CNN in September 2017. It was nominated for the Outstanding Politics and Government Documentary Emmy in 2018.

Joined team in the middle of post to oversee the production office and coordinate the final interview shoot. Assisted the producer with organization of its festival run and its theatrical delivery to Alamo Drafthouse. Directed by Stephen Kijak and produced by Oscar-winning documentary producer John Battsek and Diane Becker, We Are X made its world premiere at the 2016 Sundance 2016, where it won the Grand Jury prize for Best Editing and went on to be an Audience Award Winner at SXSW 2016.

I joined Homegrown: The Counter-Terror Dilemma during post-production. Besides running the production office, I assisted the Co-Producer with its final delivery to HBO. Directed by Emmy-winning director Greg Barker and produced by Oscar-winning documentary producer John Battsek, Homegrown: The Counter-Terror Dilemma premiered on HBO in February 2016.

Worked with a small production team and was responsible for managing the general organization of the Los Angeles-based production office. Duties included ordering office supplies and craft services and extensive production and lunch runs. Assisted accounting through reconciling petty cash and organizing receipts. Created sides and general office distribution of outlines, contact sheets, call sheets, and other necessary paperwork.

I worked as a freelance production assistant both in the production department and on set. In the production office, my duties included: assisting Production Coordinators, Line Producers, and Head of Production as directed, managing calendars with constantly changing production schedule, tracking all projects through proposal to production, and input and organize POs, PC, and Pcards for accounting.

As part of the on set Production team, I was responsible for general PA duties for their stage clip show "Cold Justice: Justice Served" episode including extensive runs, airport pick ups, prepping the stage and production office for the shoot, and packing up after wrap.

As part of the casting team under Casting Director, Michelle Mock-Falcon (Undercover Boss, American's Next Top Model), I helped conduct extensive nationwide research including Internet research and cold calls. I helped vet perspective families and set up Skype interviews for our casting producers. I helped organize our casting database and compile network pitches including writing one-sheets and pitch cards. I also assisted during Casting Week held at Universal.

An ABC Freeform Series, “Switched at Birth” had its entire production on one lot in Santa Clarita. As an Office PA for seasons three and four, had visibility into the writer’s room, production office, set, and post-production, watching the entire season creation flow from beginning to end. Worked with Production Coordinator and Assistant Production Coordinator. Opened and closed production office, prepared space for meetings, handled receptionist duties, prepared sides, did production/lunch runs and crafty shopping, assisted with accounting filing, general data entry, reconciling Pcards/petty cash, and equipment troubleshooting.

I assisted the Photographer and Producer in studio set up, crafty and meals, and general PA duties as directed.

I provided general assistance to the Line Producer and Office Manager at the Original Media LA office, which housed many of its reality television post production including “LA Ink”, “Tattoo Rescue,” and “Swamp People.” My responsibilities included: assist with a complete re-organization of office after moving floors within the building, Director of First Impressions (Receptionist), support needs of CEO when in the office, and extensive production runs.
