Recruited/supervised drivers for shoot. Maintained vans and schedules for run of show taping. Transported cast and crew to set daily as well as arrivals/departures from San Antonio Airport.

Helped set up house prior to filming. Made necessary purchases, packed cases for teams heading out for filming. Ran items as needed to set. Drove cast/crew to set/airport. Assisted with releases on location at various sites in and around San Antonio.

Met with producer and actors and selected wardrobe before shooting. Provided clothing and transported items to set. Maintained wardrobe through filming of short.

Received food wish list and money, made purchases in advance of filming and delivered fresh food items and drinks to set daily. Had hot lunches picked up daily. Remained on schedule and under budget.

Assisted wardrobe stylist by steaming and pressing all of the wardrobe items flown in from Paris for print ads and commercial shoot. Shined shoes, prepared clothing items on hangers as directed. Packed and closed all wardrobe cases to designers for return trip.
