● Operations Manager (20+ staff & freelance): provided leadership, creative and technical expertise, scheduling, overall development and direct supervision of Telemundo Studios personnel with functions related to post production (Avid, Pro Tools, Color Correction, Motion Graphics and Print Design) and all associated equipment and systems; ● Negotiated agreements with vendors and freelance studio personnel; ● Generated weekly operational and financial metrics to maintain productions within budget; ● Consulted with the production management teams to ensure all operations are meeting the specific technical needs of the Telenovelas and other ad-hoc productions; ● Provided onsite troubleshooting to all equipment and systems related to post production; ● Developed and rolled out workflows on the Avid Interplay PAM (Production Asset Management) that impacted the entire production eco-system.

● Accountable for Post Production systems for the NBCU Cable NOC in a 24x7 broadcast environment - supporting 14 Cable-TV networks and multi-platform video delivery (MPVD) distribution: iTunes, Amazon, Hulu, NBC.com, AT&T; ● Post Production Systems Administration of all the video and audio hardware, ingest, editing systems, video QC applications, transcoding systems, metadata functionality and verification, LTO 2/3/4/5 archiving systems (SGL FlashNet & Front Porch Digital Diva); ● Performed new technology rollouts, security, support and maintenance on production systems (Avid Unity & Interplay PAM, ISIS; Telestream Agility, ADIC / Quantum LTO, MAC & PC workstations); ● Worked in partnership with the Media Operation Group (MOG) to enhance existing system, workflows, processes and determining root cause of on-air defects; ● Collaborated with hardware and software vendors for problem determination and resolution as needed and managed systems upgrade projects, performed hardware and software installations, upgrades, and repairs on all internally hosted systems and produced documentation on systems, networks, policies and procedures; ● Provided leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
