Work on live events, press junkets, music videos, etc. Pick up equipment van/truck and equipment and deliver to site. Assist set decorators, gafffers, grips, and other departments with loading/unloading, making runs, and setting up equipment. Return equipment and van at end of job.

Order equipment. Handle permitting and insurance paperwork. Schedule vendor drop off's and payment. Handle petty cash. Assist producer, director, and 1st AD as needed during production.

Make runs, assist production designer and set department, coordinate paper work, wrangle talent.

Assist Producers with department coordination, oversee Production Assistant assignments, manage petty cash, create and edit production tracking spreadsheets, handle collection of BTS photos and videos.

Assist Producers with set up of awards show, hospitality suite, and backstage area. Manage staff of PA's, ushers, and security during the show. Coordinate limo service for transportation of honorees, presenters, and celebrities.

I took notes during meetings, researched pertinent topics, and offered some feedback on story ideas. I ran errands around town for the writer while he was working. About 60% of my time was spent taking notes or conducting research.

I was responsible for scouting locations, transporting equipment, and assisting on set during the shoot days.

Manage camera and cinematic lens equipment rental services. Schedule jobs, deliver equipment packages to set, build packages, negotiate rates with clients. Ship equipment to remote sites. Maintain office supplies, order lunch, make runs for supplies.
