Low Budget Union Feature Film: King of Knives Payroll: SAG talent/extras, DGA, 817, IATSE, NonUnion

● Crew start paperwork including I-9, W4, Deal Memo, etc ● Reconciling production American Express cards ● Maintain spreadsheets of production workers ● Review/process time card and payroll edits before final approval

● Generate/process onsite start paperwork for all crew ● Experience with Greenslate (IndiePay), DGA, IATSE paperwork ● Process time cards for all crew workers including meal penalty, union coding, and over time

-set up backstage for makeup and model area including racks and mirrors -installation/construction and break down of runway and PVC frames for lighting and skirm -general clean up after fashion show -coordinate over 30 volunteers and supervise 2 crew workers

Assist with setup and break down of trade show booth Work in booth as customer assistant during show hours

This position is to ensure that the needs of the Guests needs are met at con and they are at their events on time. Pre-con responsibilities include: -Ensure that you stay in contact with Head of Guest Services. -Understand what is in the Guest Services Handbook. -Ensure that all needed forms are filled out, such as staff registration and Derparmony hotel form, in a timely manner. -Follows the directions of the Head of Guest Services. At-Con responsibilities include: -Ensuring that the Guests are at panels/events are on time. -When in lounge, ensure that the Guest Lounge has only authorized staff in the room. -Follow all Guest requests within reason. -Ensure that the Guest gets breaks for food and time for themselves. -Help in Setting up and Tear down of the Guest Lounge to the best of your abilities. Skills needed include: -Strong People and organizational skills. -Ability to follow chain of command. -Must be able to be responsive on multiple ways of Communication (Phone, Text, email and smart phone apps.

Inventory and restock all merchandise Greet and general assist patrons Manage all cash transactions and sales within the Boo-Tique

Assist with multiple decoration changes according to decor guidelines given by Set Decorator

-Distribute and create weekly eblast, press release and other promotional materials -Coordinate low cost/free promotion using partnerships, giveaways, etc -Status reports biweekly on current PR efforts -Regular posting on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)

-maintain all equipment in the office is ready for immediate use -assist with any last minute additions/changes -prepare all necessary documents for use by production workers during event

-assist wardrobe with daily laundry -populate and send exhibit G, deal Memo, & other paperwork for actor/crew paper to accounting -secure location for volume control -craft services setup/breakdown for all meals

(Perf. Talib Kwali & Wyclef Jean) -coordinate with Talent agent to satisfy rider -supervise all delivers to Governors Island for set up -communicate with upper management for all vendor needs

-assist with dressing approx. 20 models for 5 daily fashion shows in private showroom (1week duration) -communicate with coworkers about dress order and fluidity of show -wrangle models for dressing and show order -steam dresses, setup/breakdown show for fashion show

-Review and coordinate all voucher paperwork for background (Union/NonUnion) -Temporary Set PA to maintain background actors -Assist/Trained on Accounting paperwork for background paperwork -Corral all background to locations including wardrobe and set

-wrangle all features and featured extras -pickup/drop off features utilizing company rental vehicle -maintain accurate exhibit G and all other SAG paperwork -keep up with time allotment for all meals, hair/makeup, wardrobe for all features especially minor lead July 2016 1st Team PA, Saturday Church, LLC, SATURDAY CHURCH -wrangle all features and featured extras -pickup/drop off features utilizing company rental vehicle -maintain accurate exhibit G and all other SAG paperwork -keep up with time allotment for all meals, hair/makeup, wardrobe for all features especially minor lead

-Promote our company to festival patrons -Distribute logo products to all attendees -Collect patron emails to add to our social media list

-assist with set up of Temple including archway flourish -installation/construction and break down of large scale draped fabric entrance of MET -general construction clean up of wood fabric and hedges

-Promote our company to festival patrons -Distribute/Sell logo products to all attendees -Collect patron emails to add to our social media list

-Curate and select all talent for shows -Organize venue dates and coordinate with proprietor & staff -Collect and distribute tips to all performers and production team -Market show using social media to increase attendance

-Coordinates sponsorship agreement with Breastcancer.org including research breast cancer charity -Daily posts and revamp on Facebook page

-Distribute and create weekly eblast, press release and other promotional materials -Coordinate low cost/free promotion using partnerships, giveaways, etc -Status reports weekly on current PR efforts -Regular posting on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)

-Assist with packing/unpacking of all display and equipment -Utilize a steamer for all bridal and prom gowns

-friendly assist at Bryant Park's yearly summer yoga classes -meet an hour before the classes start to check in guests and answer questions

-interact with VIP guest, Press and general admission guests to resolve all issues -provide customer service assistance to all patron complaints -coordinate with managers to report/respond to patrons concerns -assist with production setup and organization of all props

-Assist in shuttling guests and program participants around Roosevelt Island to the event site via a Golf Cart -Utilize my valid drivers license to drive the carts
