Exported XML from Premiere and ingested into Resolve. Fixed flash frames and conformed archival. Ingested and placed lower thirds and other texted elements. Ingested mix stems and placed on timeline.

Syncing and grouping footage

Post exports, string out sequences, conform sequences, replace temp VO with master VO, load media for an offline edit, uprez a sequence to prepare for the online edit, music pulls, EDLs and assisting with other deliverables. Promoted to day shift end of August 2016.

Transcode DNxHD 175 to DNxHD 36 for editor's cut and prep dailies by syncing and grouping clips. Used script supervisor reports to verify all footage was available to the editor.

Backed up Red Epic media on set with ShotPut Pro.

Made office backups of RED and F3 footage. Transcoded RED footage to ProRes and F3 footage to XDCAM EX. Renamed files to a specific naming convention. AMA linked and transcoded ProRes and XDCAM files to DV25P 411 (NTSC).

Watched equipment while director and DP were out shooting B-roll.

Helped transcribe interviews for the documentary.

Captured media from tape and made DVD screeners. Also created stringouts from scripts by the story editors and managed media to make sure 3 editors had the files needed for their episodes. 13 episode season.

Renamed location media to give unique filenames. Copied tapeless footage from shuttle drives to backup drives. Brought media into Avid via AMA linking and then transcoding to DV25. Copied Proxy versions of footage for story editors. Organised transcoded footage into bins. Strung out sequences. Digitised tapes. *Night Position*

General production support including assisting culinary, sound, and crafty.

Offloaded media from DSLR cameras on set and reviewed it for quality control. When external audio was recorded that needed to match pictured, synced said footage in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.

Petty cash, runner, general help on set and in the office, craft service.

Offloaded Canon 5D Mark III footage and audio daily for the feature film. Also transcoded to Avid DNxHD 175 codec and synced media in PluralEyes 2.

Fine tuned the edit. Adjusted sound levels. Added royalty free music. DVD menu creation and DVD duplication.

Administrative projects in post-production such as event coordination, website management, and basic accounting.

Transferred raw footage from solid state drives using a HyperDeck and ShotPut Pro.

Data Manager for the multi-cam feature shot with a Canon 7D and a Canon 60D.

Picture edited the short film. Also helped on set in a general capacity.
