Lead Concierge - **Maintains complete knowledge of all Aria/Vdara, MGM, and competitor hotel offerings including, restaurants (menus, price ranges, hours of operation, dress code), live events, services, attractions, amenities, hotel suite types, local events, attractions, special events, and holiday schedules. **Professionally and expeditiously anticipates and processes all guest inquiries and requests while promoting, upselling and cross selling a meaningful itinerary including special arrangements or services in an efficient professional, warm, patient, and friendly manner. **Interacts appropriately with inter and exter-departmental staff and team members, delegates and assists appropriately while maintaining composure and judgement under pressure to provide unmatched guest and staff experiences. **Builds,cultivates,and maintainsrelationships with vendors, staff, and guests in a positive manner while fostering an uplifting and high morale environment.
