Led the creative team through development of the project. Created budgets for all aspect of production and post-production. Negotiated all contracts for SAG, IATSE, Teamsters Unions as well as talent and key crew. Created all production and post-production workflows. Managed entire production and tracked all costs throughout production. Responsible for the entire post production process including final approvals.

Led team that developed standards for AV presentation in various venues including custom theater presentations, airline AV systems, and DVD/CD formats.
