Handled all appearance releases. Loaded in/out gear to/from basecamp. Dressed each set accordingly. Kept track of scenes being shot and discussed with Director/Producer which shots needed to be completed. Went on runs.

Office and Set PA on both full week shoot and 2 day reshoot. Created and emailed COI’s, rental agreements, and credit card authorizations. Assisted with setup/teardown of set as well as company moves. Went on runs for prod supplies, crafty, and meals. Drove crew to both hotel and Airbnb, as well as drove Director and Sound to San Francisco. Steamed wardrobe. Assisted grip with load in and load out on set.

Assisted chefs with food prep, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen. Went of footage dump run to/from both shoot locations. Organized gear for clear shots. Clean up of all dishes, trash, and entire house.

Production Assistant - Assisted with set up/tear down and company move of production motorhome. Runs for office supplies, petty cash, crafty. Updated PO’s in dropbox during shoot and wrap. Handed out and collected W9’s and time cards. Aided Production Coordinator in completing wrap book by updating and printing PO’s along with associated W9’s, Invoices, receipts, and organization.

Work with this photography company ongoing in both the office, organizing paperwork to be submitted to clients, and in the field. Assisted on 3 separate shoots where photography company was hired by a large corporation to help gather releases from hundreds of participants.

Runs for craft/supplies/props. Ordered/picked up/delivered meal. Cleared set of trash. Assisted with set up and company move. Guarded gear. Assisted with future call sheet. Kept track of receipts. Returned props for refund.

Getting kids excited to talk about their experience with the toys and games they play with and how that prepares them for future careers vs the Piper Computer Kit. Assisted crew in covering flooring at Airbnb/set location. On top of lock ups and passing out water on very hot film day. Made sure crafty was readily available and helped out in any way possible.
