I perform a variety of administrative tasks to support film crew in New York, Washington DC, New Orleans, and Memphis. My duties often involve tracking schedules, ensuring projects are operating within a budget and making copies of scripts, transcriptions, and character/story bibles. I set up crew and equipment for local producers in the field for these shoots as well as manage hotel, airfare, and rental vehicle accommodations. I correspond directly with producers, directors, production managers, and post production supervisors to fulfill practical, everyday production needs.

Provided a constant flow of information and supplemental materials to both crew and vendors in order to see production through to completion.
