In addition to writing and directing the film, I was responsible for many duties normally performed by Line Producer or Assistant Director, as we did not have an AD every day. Additionally, I served as everything from gaffer to transportation, as dictated by production schedule and the situation at hand.

As a PA on a small, independent film, I was responsible for multiple duties, including managing cast schedules/continuity, distributing sides, locking down the set, and working with the grip department.

As a film with a budget under $5,000, Randall required all crew members (and cast) to serve in whatever capacity was needed, including script supervisor, live sound, lighting, electrical, line producer, and bering responsible for craft services.
