Oversees logistics for 40 live action videos to be produced in 7 weeks for HMH’s “Curious World” (CW) YouTube channel. Negotiates talent contracts, and handles all booking and invoicing for talent and crew. Supports producer with directing minor talent on set. Supervises set dressing, prop and wardrobe purchases to ensure it reflects the “CW” brand and adheres to budget.

Assisted with pre-production for in-house YouTube series film shoots (“Cool School” & “AG Life”) by prepping scripts, making shot lists, purchasing props, wardrobe and set pieces. Supported producer & creative director with studio setup and direction. Generated budget proposals and petty cash reports.

Provide creative notes on audio, video, SFX and score for animation and mix reviews. Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely delivery and QA of proper audio and visual assets. Liaise with network executives, Burbank and NYC offices on post-production schedules, stunt casting, promo voiceover records and final episode delivery materials.

Create and manage recording schedule for dialogue and singing sessions. Liaise with talent agencies to book VO actors and coordinate AFTRA day player agreements. Attend Read-Through meetings to establish vocal direction with producers, writers and VO director. Prepare scripts and assist VO Director with vocal direction at all dialogue, pickup and ADR sessions.

Performed research for 26 episodes by narrating storybooks to preschoolers, and conducting interviews to assess comprehension and appeal. Managed research artists by planning delivery dates and providing art notes for over 70 images in each storybook. Supervised assistants and interns.

Coordinated research visits and collection of consent forms with preschool directors. Conducted interviews and entered formative research data in Microsoft Excel for attention and engagement analysis.

Supervised the production of 20 storybooks and preparation of all scripts used for formative research. Provided field-testing support by managing children, moderating interviews and collecting data. Assisted Director of Research with animatic production notes delivered to executive producers.
