Accomplishments: Created new trackers for release tracking which has been implemented by department for use on multiple shows. Introduced new vendor for production supplies and expendable purchases to assist with saving productions money.

Field coordinator for Forged In Fire season 2. Responsibilities included, but not limited to: • responsible for overseeing and delegation of daily schedule and tasks to multiple production assistants during run of the production. • created and distributed daily call sheets. • responsible for reconciliation of field expenses (petty cash, invoices, T&E expenses for judges/host, etc) • responsible for collecting appearance and material releases in the field. • responsible for overseeing maintenance of production office to ensure supplies were stocked regularly. • assisted field production manager with daily tasks, as well as attended head of department meetings for location shoots to assist with scheduling and logistical needs for crew of 50, plus talent and episode competitors. • responsible for replenishment of production supplies and department expendables, as well as coordination of renting production equipment during show run. • responsible for the load-in and load-out of studio space. Assisted Staging and Production Supervisor in pre-production and production logistics for live Times Square performance, including acquiring paperwork for permits for set and cable runs. Booked & managed event PAs, oversaw setup and breakdown of talent trailer, scheduled tech and staging deliveries including video and lighting elements.

PA for a Chapstick commercial shoot.

Assisted Talent & Seating Director for BET's Black Girl's Rock. Handing casting call for seat fillers and managed PAs in charge of casted extras. Managed ticket distribution of event tickets to talent representatives. Assisted with management of talent seating chart.

Supported VP in variety of tasks including but not limited to: maintaining Outlook calendar and contacts, scheduling meetings and arranging video/audio conferences, process T&E expense reports and route invoices, travel coordination, create and maintain miscellaneous files and creative assignments as requested.
