Alexander, and more. ● Collaborate with various brands, such as Revolve, Heinken, etc. to create, manage and execute marketing campaigns; point of contact between brand and executive producers to ensure clients receive creative updates and notes have been properly addressed. ● Create 80+ multi-day event experiences, annually, across filming, designing activities and hiring vendors around event locations; launch new event program, The Bachelor Prom, partnering with Iberostar Playa Mita and Vidanta Puerto Vallarta in Mexico; built strategy and deployed event, managing DJ and bands, wardrobe, art design and decor, floral, F&B, lighting, and photographers. ● Manage team of 8 full-time field and segment producers and production crew of 20, facilitating daily meetings; oversee cross-functional department work, leading Art, Wardrobe, Lighting, Grip, Tech, Audio, Directors, and Casting teams through weekly creative meetings; track workflows for all multidisciplinary teams daily. ● Execute $40k-$200k+ budgets per episode (10 episodes/season), establishing all global logistics from pre-production through to post-production; create network pitch pages and art production lists for creative meetings; hire vendors and track SOWs; write scripts; meet with wardrobe stylists; build production schedules and team assignments. ● Expand global PR + Marketing agency relationships, creating rich partnerships with brands around the world; also hiring “fixers” and vendors in every location. ● Work 1:1 with Directors to block out every segment, walking through scripts with cast lead and celebrities, and coordinating audience teams; ideate full show strategy and build pitches for Executive Producers, presenting for final approval. ● Liaise with past and current cast members; interview cast for specific segments, book previous cast members for segments and manage them day and ensuring creative content has been met.
