Communicating with the management of different talent to schedule interviews for BET DOT COM. Assisting DOT COM photographers with finding the suitable abeyance for shoots. Doing live casting at the BET Live Experience for DOT COM interview backgrounds. Making sure all artist and all casted civilians have filed out releases.

“House father” Communicating the flow from the holding facilities to the judging rooms. Seating hundreds of contestants in numerical order. Making sure all releases and other paperwork are completely filled out. Minimizing anxiety by answering all contestant questions and keeping them occupied.
