Ran craft services for bulk of shoot as craft service person had a personal emergency. Split time between crafty and other PA duties, like making runs and slating shots.

Traveled with 7 person crew to Minneapolis, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Chicago for a 14 day shoot. As the only PA, responsibilities included greeking sets, getting releases signed from restaurant patrons/staff, assisting Producers in recruiting diners for interviews, assisting Gaffer/Key Grip, crafty, and making necessary runs.

Escorted numerous CEOs throughout the day to Target HQ studio from neighboring downtown Minneapolis Target HQ building. Closely followed shooting schedule to make sure the talent made it to their scheduled shoot time promptly. Also locked down set in high traffic area.

"Crush the Cup" Extensive driving to pick up crucial props outside of the state, made late night deliveries, crafty, took lunch orders, made any additional runs necessary throughout two day shoot.

Spotted camera operator on and offstage during concert shooting. Load in and out of gear. Transported crew around Sioux Falls, SD. Greeked sets. Assisted in gathering appearance release form signatures.

Three 15 second spots for a Minnesota Vikings/Xcel Energy partnership. Assisted Key Grip in unloading and reloading equipment, setting up lights, and building a 20x20 grid. Also acted as Art Department for minor set dressing and wardrobe details.

"A Night to Bel13ve" Assisted in getting appearance release forms signed. Purchased and set up crafty. Stood in on necessary shots. Assisted camera op switch between cameras during shooting.

Drove talent and crew to multiple locations in the Minneapolis metro area (Ford Expedition). Worked with Producers to track down background persons in the shot and get appearance release forms signed. Bought and set up crafty. Gathered and placed lunch orders. Ran misc. errands.

Assisted Field Producer recruit/scout contestants and audience members from the Mall of the America for a satellite audience from Minneapolis to the studio in L.A.

Worked closely with the Target Meeting Planning Producers in the 13 days leading up to the two day meeting. Assisted in tracking down necessary items through phone calls and online shopping. Assisted in the staging of Target displays. Acted as a runner throughout, biking/driving wherever needed in downtown Minneapolis.

Worked closely with Production Designer during pre-production to design the feel of the film. Researched items for flashback scenes, made purchases for set decoration, and designed necessary props. Dressed multiple sets with and without Production Designer in her absence. Monitored set layout throughout shooting to maintain continuity.

A series of short documentaries showcasing creative individuals who work outside of traditional art forms. Episode 1, "Piccolo," profiles Minneapolis Chef Doug Flicker.

Worked with Director to plan schedules, organize resources, locations and equipment. Monitored costs and budgets. Found and hired crew members, managed PAs, and delegated tasks. Designed and sent out call sheets and other documents for crew. Acted as liaison for Director when crew had questions about expenses and invoices.

On-set sound mixer/boom operator - used a Seinheiser microphone and a Zoom H4N recorder. Also worked as script supervisor, working closely with the Director to make sure every shot was covered. Assisted in set up and tear down of set. Reserved all necessary equipment during pre-production.

Assisted Production Coordinator and other lead PA manage 23 PAs throughout shooting day – assigning tasks and co-leading tear down of production offices. Prepped production, set up work stations and audition areas, assisted lead receptionist PA in checking in crew and distributing walkie talkies. Chauffeured Executive Producer, Producers, and Crew around Minneapolis.
