WORKED CLOSELY WITH Matt Tapper as his Holding Room Talent Attendee & Talent Audition Room Runner. I lined up contestants prior to their first audition and sorted them according to room try out needs. I also helped out with all necessary duties that needed to be done in the Production Office.

Day 1 Did all neccesary Pre registration of Talent , & Worked with First Round Made it through contestants to complete all of their next step forms, & worked ( 4 ) days as Lead Talent Holding Room Coordinator

Escorted Contestant to several try out pre judging rooms. Was in charge of watching over contestants prior to leaving our holding room. Got lunches for producers. Helped unload & pack up before flights all equipment

Worked Five years in a row in Nashville for Both the first day of try outs & the second day of Callbacks. Set up Casting Call rooms. Unloaded equipment. Gave out & explained All registration Paperwork, Escorted Contestants to producers.Ordered & delivered lunches,Took Contestant Pics. Checked in callback contestants ETC.

Worked the front door greeting try out Girls. Did applications.Escorted Girls to Producers for interviews. Took after qualifuying pics. Ordered lunches, Set up & broke down equipment ETC. Worked Callback days.

Worked 4 Years in a row for Nashville Casting Calls & next Day callbacks. Explained applications. Took Contestant Pics. Escorted contestants 2 the room where they would Play the Mock Game to see if they qualified. Played Music for the pre qualifying game. Ordered Lunches. Helped set up Casting equipment & repack before Flights.

Worked w/ Producer to escort contestants for show tryouts held in his room. Took pre Contestant tryout pics. Ordered & delivered their lunches & late night snacks, Organized contestants who made it to the next round's paperwork ETC.

First day I did registrations.3 AM Crowd Control then worked w/ disabled contestants.Lined up contestants 4 pre judging.Last round worked holding room hyped up the crowd 4 singalong moments.Worked w/ "Golden Ticket Contestants, 2 find the right kind of excitement before showing off their Golden tickets on camera.
