• Company-wide distribution management of: schedules, callsheets, memos, crew lists, cast lists, cast deal memos & other various documents. • Build and manage distribution lists throughout the season with staff/crew changes & approvals. • Maintain filing system for archiving. • Facilitate, and schedule various zoom meetings tor all departments and manage invite distro. • Process and archive Station 12's for stunts, ensuring SAG Is contacted and paid when necessary. • Draft schedules for and order stage security for each episode & reconcile P.O.'s accordingly. • Assist with booking travel/lodging for cast & communicating with the travel vendor. • File and distro sensitive confidential documents and create non-confidential versions for appropriate recipients Work with casting to create/upkeep the Cast List for every episode and season master cast list.
