• Handling all post production deliverables for Discovery including but not limited to WOO Sheets, Textless Elements Log, Music Cue Sheets (Soundmouse), etc. • Liaison between the field crew and post production. • Collaborating with VP and executives to create post schedules • Uploading deliverables and cuts to appropriate FTP service sites. • Sitting in on online and audio approval sessions • Maintaining all Post Production Logs • FedEx and UPS shipping of hard drives and DVDs. • Making office runs when necessary.

• Sending out electronic delivery and notifications of episode cuts to appropriate executives and management of the network. • Creating and maintaining post production calendars and schedule grid, editor schedule, distribution lists, media log, staff and contact lists. • Creating and maintaining episode cuts and deliverable check lists. • Creating and maintaining Purchase Orders. • Providing support to Post Producer including but not limited to; screening phone calls, scheduling when necessary and keeping staff happy and comfortable. • Distributing start paperwork and organizing building access to all editors and assistant editors. • Creating and maintaining the shows Google Drive. • Creating and organizing episode bibles for each episode. • Ordering office supplies and keeping them organized. • FedEx and UPS shipping of hard drives and DVDs. • Making office runs when necessary.
