- Provide Script Coverage and Notes for Theatrical Film Scripts at various stages of production.

Research trademark information and negotiate permissions with copyright owners of film, music, photos, record labels/ artist management and drafts licenses to conform with Network’s standards; Manage third party element clearances across all Networks - BIO, History, A&E, Lifetime; Reviews rough-cuts and scripts and flags any potential clearance issues.

- Worked alongside Programming Executives to learn about scheduling strategy and participated in Network’s internal development process including brainstorming, pitching, screening submissions and giving and receiving feedback in various stages of development; - Participate in ongoing roundtable discussions for pilot tapes, sizzle reels, new series in development, etc.

Archival research - videos, stills, headlines, news footage; Clear both Master and Sync Licenses for any music uses (in-show and promo); Maintained "Biography" series by renewing use of music, movie clips, and any talent appearance releases; Coordinate delivery of materials with copyright owners (individuals and companies); Liaison with production team.

• Produce, write sketches, and book talent for Comedic Variety Show “Dark Times” which is performed at the Peoples Improv Theater on a monthly basis (May 2013 – December 2014). Show was endorsed by the New York Times in February 2014;

Reviewed all on-air footage in order to identify potential areas of non-compliance; Handled a variety of rights clearance issues in order to determine what third party consents must be obtained, seeking relevant clearances, and assisting with negotiations to clear rights; Worked with attorney to assess any high-risk on-air commentary.
