Responsible for the delivery of footage, select clips and episodes to the promos department in L.A.. Processed requests for clips by locating, transcoding and delivering the clips via either a shared server or a mailed hard drive.

Supported editors by pulling bites and selects, creating stringouts, and marking footage in Avid. Selected and ingested stock footage. Responsible for deliverables and transcripts.

Conducted research to locate and contact potential interviewees for the first season of a crime recreation series. Casted actors through online databases and made initial contact with candidates.

Logged and marked footage, grouped and synced clips in Avid.

Conducted extensive research for a rotation of shows, including Extreme Cheapskates and Doomsday Preppers. Supported the casting process of various shows through both research and by posting casting notices on a variety of platforms. Assisted on the set of a docu-drama.

Synced clips, created multi-camera stringouts, inserted lower thirds, graphics, and texted elements. Edited short, promotional videos using interview footage and b-roll.

Prepared acquired footage for screeners of two episodes of Makers: Women Who Make America. Conducted research in online video archives, such as the Producers Library, FILM Archives, C-Span Video and AP Archives. Researched female comedians, downloaded footage of them and catalogued video links into a concise document.

Researched independently and with Library of Congress librarians to locate correspondences, press clippings, photos and other documents. Communicated my findings to my supervisor.

Assisted during the casting process in D.C., scheduling interviews for over 60 contestants, managing paperwork and preparing each contestant for his or her interview.
