Before production shoots I schedule meeting with the producer, production staff drawing up a shooting schedule, hiring crews, contractors, negotiating costs of resources, equipment and suppliers keeping continuity of each shoot. overseeing location bookings and arranging any necessary permissions During filming: making sure the production runs to schedule, and reporting to the producer managing the production schedule and budget.

keeping technical writing current , along with music selection, up to date with changes. Adding additional blocking and props where needed. Working as a liaison with the designers and production team to create a timely and efficient schedule of rehearsals and run of production.

Daily maintenance of costumes worn during the show, hand washing along with light sewing repair when necessary. Task including but not limited to: steaming, ironing, washing, patch work on wardrobe pieces.
