Assisting the director with casting, managing and booking flights, hotels, maintaining POs, PC, receiving quotes for drone footage and assisting in the research department with story continuity.

Driving an RV from the city to other major cities and up to Niagara Falls. Assisting the DP and producer by maintaining and organizing releases setting up gear, maintaining positive relationships with location contacts, curators and volunteers. Booming, lighting, bouncing etc.

Responsibilities included but not limited to set design, creation, execution and over all story development, field notes, beat sheets, hot sheets.

Assisting production with tasks from handling talent releases, coordinating meals, runs, and assisting wardrobe.

Responsibilities wrangling/paying talent, keeping/organizing photos, signed releases, for both all paid and unpaid talent. Monitoring and organizing signed documents for talent releases, at up to eleven locations a day. Going on runs for supplies, assisting in all fields possible to ensure smooth production for all.

Responsibilities included but not limited to set design, Talent Management, Assisting the Director and DP with story content securing times /locations, assisting in the flow of production by scheduling locations shoots, wrangling cast, extras, keeping the set and crew up to speed, enforcing time restraints, monitoring documents for talent/location releases, time cards, mileage reimbursement,
