-Coordinated multiple Personality Series (2-7 minute long episodes per series) at one time -Organized receipts and managed PO and PC Logs for each series, as they filmed at the same time -Point person on set

-Solely handled card and cash flow along with keeping up with all purchase orders and logs for weekly cost report -Sent out call sheets and completed Production Reports every night -Managed bookings of vendors, vehicles, permits, flights and hotels

- Golf cart driver - Drove celebrity attendees as well as performers around lot

-Assisted Production and Camera crew with various tasks at different locations

-Helped prep for travels in regards to researching food and coffee locations near on location shoots -Picked up all the gear and equipment needed for episode and got them prepped for travels. -Drove pass van full of crew to/from celebrity's house for part of shoot. -Ordered and picked up celebrity and crew lunch.

-Dealt with hotel bookings for cast and crew in different locations we shot in -Took up paperwork and invoices from crew and distributed checks when available -Production Reports -Helped with booking extras when they were needed - Assisted with any other office duties that came up

-Set up and maintained crafty -Made runs for Production -Assisted Stylists with any needs they had and let them know when they were needed back on set

-Assisted Field Producer during rehearsals -Logged dialogue between dancers during rehearsals

-Wardrobe Supervisor's assistant -Helped keep up with fitting schedules -Kept up with all petty cash and receipts -Distributed and took up all paperwork from all in department -Made runs when necessary, such as for office supplies, crafty, or drop offs at the studio

Checked in contestants. Collected paperwork. Brought them into the room to audition for the producers when they were ready.

-Load in -Helped the Production Manager with accounting paperwork, receipts, copies, catering calls and runs -Worked in extras holding -Handled petty cash daily -Set up and broke down lunch -Went on runs for show Executives and Control Room

-Judges PA -Put together judges dressing rooms and broke them down. -Assisted judges with snacks, coffee, & their lunch.

I worked 3 cities for auditions. In 1 city I was in registration, and the other 2 I was in the holding room. I was in charge of bringing contestants down to their audition room when it was their turn. I also helped Reality with crowd control during their shots in the room.

I was on the promotions team so we as a team, talked the movie up, handed out flyers, and tried to get the theatre filled up as much as possible when they showed the film at the Austin Film Festival.

-Helped decorate set. -Kept up with when the actor's were on which part of set and directed them to their location. -Put and broke down lunch. -Made props. -Put everything back to where is was before, after we were done filming.

For S9, I worked the Houston Auditions. I worked in registration so I signed contestants in, made sure all their paperwork was in order, and sent them to holding. I ran errands for the Contestant Coordinator and filed her paperwork. And I helped load up the truck at the end.
