• Developing & pitching show ideas; booking & pre-interviewing guests, celebrities, & experts • Creating & compiling data into a PDF show book for Dr. Phil & producers • Managing schedules, releases & travel; and assisting producer with show rundowns, scripts, & graphics

• Assist various events/conferences with checking in guest and coordinating each summit. • Enter data for all invitees and attendees of every event. • Production work on following events: Emmy’s Show Runner Breakfast, Women in Film, Power of Youth, Power of women, Celebration of British Airways.

• Coordinate the red carpet throughout the week of festival. • Announce when talent arrives, greet the talent and guide them to top of the carpet. • Worked with top talent to ensure they promote the institute and the Audi, the sponsor.

• Directly worked and assisted V.P with the development of new show and ideas for Vh1 shows. • Pitching one to two ideas for shows to executives. • Compile profiles for possible clients and prepare meetings with executive producers and clients. • Selecting, contacting, and organizing talent for the Do Something Award show

• Assist production team by coordinate the audience accordingly to producers’ requests for each taping. • Provide production assistance to researchers, associate producers and producers with the development of episodes.
