Prop shopped for 2 days leading up to the shoot. Runner for last minuet needs Helped design and decorate the main room where the video was shot. Pre and post production set up and tear down for the shoot. PA for everything and anything needed while on set.

Operated a boom lift for a local lighting company to fasten 350 light bars to uplight the palm trees at Empire Polo Fields, addressing them together with DMX and power. After completion, I hopped onto a stage to assist PRG with hanging lights, and running cable to connect them all back to the lighting techs world to operate during show.

In charge of the scenic decor requested for each show. Unloading set carts from the truck, and ensuing proper care and maintenance as they assembled. Preserving the quality of the product for longevity, protecting our investments. Instructing teams and overseeing several projects at once while on site. Speaking directly with the director of production, stage managers & stage production companies to work together in creating the vision set out for each show. Once the show is a wrap, I continue to properly disassemble and pack away the show and coordinate with the shippers to load the several dry bed semis required for each show.

Ran a crew to help build 3 stages. Unloading truck, organizing material, building stages, hanging production (lights, audio, ect) Maintain integrity of the visuals and lights during show days. Assisting stage managers with talent on and off the stage.

Drove a 15 passenger van to field location. Approx. 3 hours from meeting point to field location. Single day shoot, helped load out production during the wrap to get the crew home faster. Late night driving was not a problem.

Transport athletes and staff from one competition field to the other several block away. Ensuring the safety of all passengers while also being aware of their time interval needs to arrive and compete with out added stress.

Transform a parking lot in downtown Los Angeles into a pre and post awards show party. Hung lights and rigged stage elements to create the vision of the designer and client.

Assist in coordinating & stage ALL deliveries, while maintaining a constant flow of traffic to all areas Responsible for set up, operations, and tear down of sponsor and vendor village Troubleshooting on site issues Maintaining a safe environment for participants and vendors
