Organized and managed other production assistants, assisted in the set up of lighting equipment. Set up and struck set. Located the best deals on props in Los Angeles prop houses. Took continuity photos. Acted as on site production designer when production designer was not present.

Assisted in the acquisition of props from both Universal Studios and Warner Brothers prop houses. Aided in Set Decoration. Assisted in factual research for script. Removed refuse from set and hid logos. Loaded and unloaded trucks.

• Contacted participating schools to confirm their roster for Quizbusters. • Manually entered in player rosters into internal planning documentation. • Ensured all forms for release were filled out and put in the proper folder for station legal. • Counted observers and family so as to make sure that the limit for maximum occupancy was not violated. • Accommodated guests, acted as intermediary between producers and contestants before show began. • Informed floor manager of any last minute changes to roster. • Escorted guests to the studio upon receiving the signal from the floor manager. • Served as the public face/voice of WKAR Public Television while interacting with contestants and contacting teams.
