-Virtually scout shoot locations and determine local rental needs, noise concerns, safety concerns, site plan, and street closure requests -Maintain a safe set and make sure any activity outside the normal scope of production is pre approved by insurance -Keep day on time -Create and distro all call sheets and production reports. -Know minor requirements for the state, ensure minor rules are followed, and note work times in PR -Track all equipment cases and ensure everything makes it safely to location -Hire & Manage all set PAs -Communicate with Talent to make sure they have arrived in each city safety and know their call times -Submit Petty Cash envelope scans after each city -Submit all original receipts to accounting at the end of the run -Help producer cover any uncleared items in the home or display, communicate clearance concerns to full crew -Send media, camera reports and audio logs to post daily, sending tracking information and shipment breakdown -Ensure crafty, batteries, and any other shipments made it to each city -Confirm delivery dates and orders with all local vendors

Schedule testing for cast & crew

Hired and managed Production Assistants, Travel Memos, PC, Dressing rooms, POC for venue

Organized 250+ crew and cast Covid testing for the run of the show. Worked with AD department and producers to schedule covid testing for set. Handled special guest appearances and all recurring & daily background actors.

Oversee 3x week Covid testing for 30-40 cast and crew. International travel covid testing & weekly locals and extras testing. Maintain testing grids and approved set lists.
