As Senior Producer/Writer at Deloitte Digital, I was one of the founding members of the Film Experience team tasked with standing up a full-service production house from scratch. As production lead, I developed the suite of end-to-end processes from intake to final delivery that has become the gold-standard SOP for a team of 40-plus filmmakers. As Senior Producer, I owned the entire production process for multiple concurrent video projects of varying complexity and worked closely with our clients and with others in our production department to build creative concepts to tell their stories in unique and unexpected ways. Responsibilities ran from creative to logistical, including story discovery and intake; creative concepting and pitching ideas to clients; developing scope of work, budgets, production schedules, and crew lists; working with vendors; executing the creative vision; and supervising throughout the lifecycle of the project.

On location producer in Niger, embedded with US Green Berets to capture authentic, reality/documentary footage of their mission, with an emphasis on storytelling and character development.

Director of HONDROS, 2017 Tribeca Film Festival Audience Award Winner; Special Jury Mention for Best New Documentary Film Director.

Co-director on site in Iraq for an exclusive story about the only known survivor of an ISIS massacre of 1700 Iraqi soldiers in 2014. The resulting video/story package ran on the front page of the New York Times and was a finalist for a national Emmy in 2015.
