Collaborated with small team on a feature documentary on climate change and solutions set against the backdrop of Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement. Oversaw 15-minute segment of film: performed story and character research and outreach, wrote interview questions, field produced and interviewed subjects, and worked with editor to craft the story. Managed scripts, performed fact checking, and oversaw GFX work flow in post-production. Managed budget, coordinated shoot logistics, hired crew, and reconciled production expenses.

Worked closely with the EIC and staff line producers to oversee and coordinate the production management needs of 16 feature and episodic documentary projects, including the Emmy-nominated films: The Fourth Estate, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, and Bobby Kennedy for President • Coordinated domestic and international development shoots by managing budgets, assembling and overseeing field crew, securing gear, and leading production logistics • Conducted intensive research to identify and pitch key story concepts and characters

Assisted senior production team members to pitch and execute over 30 short-form, branded content pieces across MTV’s on-air, digital, and social platforms for high-profile advertisers. Wrote and pitched creative integration treatments resulting in the production of a three-part digital series for M&Ms and a style episodic for the VMAs. Supervised production shoots, managed interface with client, and provided feedback on deliverables for scripts, cuts, and GFX.

Collaborated with Casting Director to research and cast background talent for the MTV feature film Ladies’ Man: A Made Movie and the 8-episode web-series Suit Up. Conceptualized characters and pitched talent to directors. Supervised background talent in the field and managed pay-roll.

Supported producers and crew in the field on the production of the feature narrative film Homefront. Managed logistics and production needs of high-profile talent. Maintained production materials such as scripts, call sheets, and per diem allowances.

Assisted award-winning executive producers Randall Emmett and George Furla from pre-production to post-production on the feature narrative films Escape Plan, Empire State and 2 Guns, with budgets in excess of $50M. Wrote script coverage reports and researched/pitched story concepts for the development of future projects. Reconciled production expenses and organized producer travel arrangements, internal and external meetings, and conference calls.
