- Collaborate with Story Producers to create creative cut downs and storylines - Produce snap ins and web content for National Geographic - Initiate and organize network deliverables

- Negotiate and secure license agreements for all third party content and promotional material - Create and track invoices as well as all Travel Channel deliverables - Ensure Production teams follow Rights & Clearances guidelines - Track clearance costs and budget reports

- Assisted with the tail end of the series to wrap up final deliverables for quality assurance - Proofread credits and watch down final cuts to ensure blurs were complete and sufficient - Worked alongside Assistant Editor to create remote workflow

- Support all Story Producer and Editor needs involving storyline and character arc - Responsible for stringing story element beats together - Research and write episode descriptions and factoids

- Work directly between Video Production and Legal to review video assets for contractual issues, copyright infringement, and violation of releases - Advise Production teams on ways to work around legal risk factors within videos - Determine and provide Producers with legal rights consisting of where each asset can be posted
