• Regularly arranged both domestic and international flights, local transportation and housing for touring companies of 50+ including cast, crew, children, creatives and VIPs as well as created and distributed detailed travel itineraries to each company member. • Obtained visas and social security cards for company members from the UK, Canada, Holland, and Germany. • Generated invoices as well as paid and coded bills in a timely manner in order to adhere to a production budget often in excess of $1million. • Reconciled 200 - 500 company purchases on a monthly basis. • Calculated and submitted payrolls ranging from $40,000 to $600,000 each week. • Processed nightly box office sales reports and distributed them to producers and investors as needed, along with past and future sales reports for multiple venues throughout North America. • Calculated and submitted quarterly royalty reports for multi-million dollar companies. • Reviewed and approved marketing and labor settlements with venues around the country, which regularly required quick and accurate processing at the end of an 8 performance week in order for the show to load out and move to another venue as efficiently as possible. • Facilitated workers’ comp claims and monitored adherence to union regulations. Was often processing and following up on 3-10 company claims at any given time. • Generated and distributed weekly union benefit reports to at least 6 different unions for 50+ actors, crew members, musicians, managers, and creatives. • Maintained sick-day and vacation pay charts according to union regulations for a cast of 20-40 actors and dancers. • Received and processed all house seat and company ticket requests for each tour venue. • Was able to plan company events for a variety of occasions ranging from ice cream socials for less than $100 to Opening Night celebrations that were budgeted over $100,000. • Arrange accommodations, tickets, and meetings for Executives and other VIP’s • Assisted General Managers with generating contracts for Artists, Creatvies, Crew and Venues
