worked on a freelance basis as needed in the lead stylist positon, coordinating food and prop needs with production team and stylist team for guest chefs.

Sous Chef, in charge of this production kitchen for all in-house, as well as location shoots, for Food Network. In my 10 years there, was involved with thousands of Cooking segments, and part of and witness to the birth of the Live concept of Cooking shows (ie- cooking in front of an audience...Emeril Live), as well as the competition Cooking Show (stating with Iron Chef, and has gone on to be so much a part of Food networks programing)
