• Scheduling all post production work needed for West Coast based editorial projects, including commercial jobs, specs, and digital content • Maintaining & establishing strong relationships with vendors and clients/agency creatives • Supervising the post production process of live action, editorial, VFX, and finishing • Bidding and actualizing all post production jobs • Assisting with live action production bids • Pre-producing awarded projects by collaborating with directors and agency producers, initiating casting and location scouting, and booking key crew, vendors, and equipment • Assisting directors in developing commercial treatments • Managing all editorial staff and office interns as well as overseeing the media manager and post interns’ projects • Acting as conduit between NY and LA offices for post production, VFX and finishing

• Maintaining vault database, consisting of film, Digi Beta tapes, HDcam tapes, and all media assets • Managing the company website rebuild/redesign, as well as managing the online digital library of all company work, hosted by Simian • Creating customized director reels for the sales teams and bidding process • IT management for offices in LA, NY, and Munich • Managing company-owned camera, audio, and lighting equipment

• Coordinating daily runs for Executive Producers and Directors • Maintaining the inventory of office supplies • Assisting with pre-production meetings and post production coordinating

• Compiling and categorizing company information and demographic research for marketing and advertising reach • Negotiating barter trades with companies targeting similar demographics • Reviewing and editing original scripts • Preparing green room studio/camera/lighting/sound for production • Executive Producer of original programming piece: 3 Rounds With...
