•Managed storage inventory, which includes documenting all storage boxes and their contents into an Excel spreadsheet, enabling quick search and retrieval at the request of company employees. •Responsible for handling daily maintenance requests related to office equipment, scheduling services and conducting walkthroughs of offices to verify and check for potential building issues. •Ordered office supplies needed for corporate, casting, production, and post-production departments. 
 •Assisted with scheduling studio space as requested by the development, casting and production departments.

•Performed daily office duties such as answering the phone at the reception desk, delivering interoffice mail, making copies, & performing facility checks. •Ran errands to and from various third party companies, which involved picking up and/or dropping off necessary production materials.

•Assisted in the planning of special events, tournaments, and post-season championships as outlined by the Big West Conference, MPSF, NCAA, and the University. •Coordinated with various services such as concessions, campus police, parking services, marketing staff, & coaches, while organizing and implementing procedures to aid in producing successful events. •Hired, trained and supervised the Pyramid Event Staff, part-time staff and student employees, which also included the preparation of payroll documents and staff work schedules. •Resolved issues that arose during the course of an event, such as security issues, equipment malfunction & last minute changes in event staff coverage. •Composed and sent out mailers to visiting teams and game officials providing details such as game-day operations, parking accommodations, and ticket request information. •Monitored the working order of equipment, such as computers for scoreboards, shot clocks, stat tables, bleachers, etc. and arranged for repairs as needed.
