• Communicated with Tokyo headquarter to coordinate licensing of animated film and television series content catalog for media and consumer products for leading licensors in North America, U.K. and Oceania regions.

• Led creative meetings; managed all aspects of outsourcing work from negotiating estimates, scheduling, to receiving materials; managed schedules and priorities for 30 in-house artists; ensured smooth cross-departmental post-production pipeline.

• Acted as a client-facing coordinator; assisted producer on managing schedule; managed day-to-day operation of 20 in-house crews and 2 global satellite studios.

• Collaborated with creators and directors worldwide to produce award-quality (CLIO, Annie Award) animated commercials and brand video content. • Recruited, negotiated, and allocated production and postproduction crews, while managing the balance of communications, schedules, satisfactions, and requests from agencies, clients, and production crew.

• Coordinated a full production cycle of 2010 KidScreen Award Best Animated Series nominated show.
