Reorganized and created systems for storage and tracking of production inventory and facility resources improving efficiency and venue aesthetics. Managed venue rental sales and provided support to customers during their rentals. Provided design and technical direction services on various productions in person and live online.

Coordinated with the sales & tech team to provide customers with AV Drop scenic solutions for corporate meetings, brand activations, and private events. Promoted sales and rentals of the product while developing relationships with clients and processing orders via phone and email. Created scenic design layouts for clients and production techs. Prepared detailed shop orders for custom sewn fabrics with printed graphics. Organized the production calendar and inventory management. Facilitated freight deliveries and scheduled labor to travel for installations across the US. Supervised installations on-site for large local events. Assisted the business development manager in showcasing the product to local industry professionals.

Sole proprietor, business manager and lead designer of independent scenic design and fabrication services business. Manages all business operations and development.
