-Supporting the producers in scoping/talent selection for projects. -Working with producers to manage pre-productions activity including setting meetings, managing calendars, building PPM decks, securing necessary permits and any other specific tasks. -Tracking expenses and actualizing costs. -Assist with equipment and vehicle rentals. -

Responsible for supporting the Producers with all aspects of production. Attend and prepare detailed notes from screenings and reviews with Directors, Supervisors and Crew. Coordinate and schedule screenings, launches and other meetings as required. Maintain asset management system (using Shotgun, Excel, Google Docs + Microsoft). Assign and follow up with individual tasks for artists. Identify production bottlenecks and flag to PM and Producer. Track production progress on a daily basis and track workflow, quotas and schedule. Coordinate and launch design & funpack reviews, approvals from clients and assignments. Launch shootboards and send shootboard artists the materials they need. Contact agents and book talent for record sessions. Prep contracts, riders and work reports. In charge of take sheets during records and receiving audio files and getting them to the editors. In charge of music and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
