• Meticulously updating the contestant, outreach, Skype calendar, and travel grids on Google Sheets. • Combing through Casting Crane applicants for potential contestants and updating their information and casting status. • Calling and vetting potential contestants on their gameplay skills, as well as gauging their energy and personality type, to determine if they are worth a Skype with a producer. • Writing one sheets and producer notes that are sent to the network: carefully choosing a contestant’s photo, crafting bite size facts about their lives, and describing their gameplay skills based on their Skype cut. • Outreach/recruiting: calling various establishments and asking them to promote on their social media or send a flyer to their network of contacts; recruiting at bars, trivia nights, restaurants to anyone who may be a good fit for the show. • Organizing and executing open calls with the casting team. • Escorting and assisting contestants during production.
